Withdrawal

right of withdrawal

This policy applies to consumers purchasing the VOYTURE PASS — digital content that is made available immediately.

Last updated 30 August 2026

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear declaration:

Fülle Atelier GmbH
Clayallee 22
14195 Berlin
Germany
hello@voyture.app

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal for digital content lapses if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

(1) expressly requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
(2) confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

In the VOYTURE checkout this consent is given by an active, non-preselected checkbox. It is never ticked for you. Your consent and the time it was given are documented and repeated in the order confirmation you receive after purchase. If you do not give this consent, access is granted only after the fourteen-day period has expired.

Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may use the following wording (not mandatory):

Cancelling instead of withdrawing

If your withdrawal period has passed, you can still stop the automatic annual renewal at any time with one click in your account. See our terms for details.
