VOYTURE is a digital offering of Fülle Atelier GmbH, Clayallee 22, 14195 Berlin, Germany (“VOYTURE”, “we”). These terms apply to every contract for the VOYTURE PASS concluded through this website. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

VOYTURE curates places and accommodations and links to the official websites of the respective providers. VOYTURE is not a hotel booking platform and does not, at this time, book or broker hotels, rooms or any other travel services. No travel contract is concluded with us, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator.

Information about hotels, availability, prices, dog policies, services and conditions may change at any time and should be verified with the respective provider before booking. Any contract regarding an accommodation is concluded exclusively between you and that provider.

The VOYTURE PASS includes, for the duration of its term:

• access to the entire curated VOYTURE map
• unlimited roadtrip planning
• saved places
• saved trips
• a continuously growing and updated curated database

There is no monthly plan, no lifetime plan and no tiers. The pass is for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold or made accessible to third parties.

The presentation of the VOYTURE PASS on this website is not a binding offer. You place a binding order by completing the checkout and confirming payment. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order or grant access to the pass. An account is required; you must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential.

The VOYTURE PASS costs €99 per year, payable annually in advance. Prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment service provider; the payment methods offered in the checkout apply. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until payment is completed.

Access is granted immediately after a successful purchase, provided you have actively consented to immediate provision in the checkout (see section 9). Access is tied to your account.

The pass runs for twelve months from purchase and renews automatically for a further twelve months at the price then valid for renewals, unless cancelled before the end of the current term. We will inform you of a price change for a renewal term in good time before it takes effect; you may cancel in response.

You can cancel at any time online in your account with one click — no email and no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; your access remains available until then. Both parties’ right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. VOYTURE is continuously developed: individual places, features and presentations may be added, changed or removed, provided the core benefit of the pass — access to the curated map, trip planning, saved places and saved trips — is preserved.

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because the VOYTURE PASS is digital content provided immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once we begin performance with your express request and acknowledgement. Details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our withdrawal policy.

All curated content, texts, images, maps and the VOYTURE brand are protected. For the term of your pass you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for your own private travel planning. Systematic extraction, scraping, republication or commercial use — including for training machine learning models — is not permitted.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory statutory liability applies. In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. We are not liable for the services, information, availability or conduct of the accommodations and providers we link to.

Statutory consumer rights, including rights in respect of defective digital content, remain unaffected by these terms. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers.

We may adjust these terms for valid reasons, for example changed legal requirements or new features. We will notify you of changes in text form at least six weeks before they take effect. If you object before they take effect, the contract continues on the existing terms until the end of the current term.

German law applies. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
